TURKISH SIDE MUST PULL OUT OF NEGOTIATIONS

Archbishop Hrisostomos, who is the head of the Greek Orthodox Church, is one of the leading responsible persons that created the 45 year old Cyprus Problem now wants to complain Turkey to the Europe Human Rights Courts about the conditions of the churches in the North. He has contracted the same disease as the Greek Cypriot leadership who tried to resolve the political problems in European courts with the backing of US and the Guarantor England. If the Priest Hrisostomos makes this mistake and really applies to the EHRC European Human Rights Courts the TRNC and Turkey either individually or separately must do the right thing that should have done long time before and start a counter law suit about the Cyprus problem against the Greece in the EHRC by submitting all the phases of the Cyprus problem from A-Z. We must realize that the best defence is to attack; and try ridding the situation of we behaved as an obedient side and deceived by saying yes to Annan Plan and prove that we are the side merely trying to defend our just rights.

First we must make the world community aware of the despicable crimes of Archbishop Makarios that remorselessly had committed as the head of Cyprus government. In order to destroy the partnership government that was established under the international laws; as a clergyman organising underground terrorist organisation, his ignominy efforts one by one must be listed by extracting from his speeches and statements, quotations and anecdotes from the foreign press, mass-graves all must be compiled and submitted to the European courts and distribute to the world. In front of this court, that, awarded Loizidou one million dollar compensation for not being able to have access to her property, we must provide informations about the campaign that was put in place and caused the migration of the people of 103 Turkish villages 45 years ago and sanctified by the church, and we must secure the compensation that the 90 thousand Turkish Cypriot refugees deserve for not being able to return to their villages. While the churches problems are being debated in the European courts we must ask the accounts of the 107 mosques that flattened by the Greek Cypriots.

We must keep our demands on the usurped lands of Efkaf on the agenda, as the 90% of Marash high rising buildings were built on Efkaf properties. Turkey must demand war compensation from Greece. This shameless Greek Cypriot leadership who has no fear of God claim with contentment; the Cyprus problem is problem that started with the 1974 occupation could learn; this kind of problems not in courts but only be solved by political negotiations and the world do not evolve only around them. If they prefer the judgement, to their demise, they will find out that the legitimacy of the Greek administration will be debated in the European courts.

Responsible from the atrocities and the mass-graves is the inculcation of the highest position holder of the Greek Orthodox Church, Archbishop Makarios. Let us remember what this shameless and fearless church great Makarios had said: If Turkey steps on the island to save the Turkish Cypriots will find no Turks alive to save and his obedient servant Papadopoulos shamelessly had informed the US government that; they had plan ready; in 24 hours to kill the entire Turkish population after the Turkish Navy entered the territorial waters of Cyprus and this was given to US as a written note. Instead of being grateful for not being judged for genocide against the humanity they threaten Turkey and us. We must not submit and stay upright. If the charade of solving the political problems in courts is not abandoned we must pull out of the negotiations until the common sense prevails. This is the only language that they understand.

The Lion is roaring.
